Two-factor authentication required¶

Description¶

Access to the Myra DataHub is rejected. The page shows the message Two-factor authentication is required to use this website.

The error occurs when two-factor authentication is mandatory for the organisation but the account has not set it up yet.

Proceed as follows to resolve the error:

► Open the Profile tab in your personal account.
► Set up two-factor authentication and scan the QR code with the authenticator application of your device.
► Enter the generated code to finish enabling it.
► Store the emergency recovery codes in a safe place, for example in a password manager.
