Changing the position of a group

Note

To add a group, you need root group admin rights or subgroup admin rights for the group under which the new group is to be created.

Proceed as follows to change the position of a group:

• ► Open the Group Management view, see Section Group Management.
• ► From the list of groups, select the group you want to reposition.
• ► Click on the icon.
• ↳ The Edit group <group name> dialog opens.

• ► Click on the Move the group to a new parent group button.

Change the position of a group (2)

• ► Select a group from the list under which you want to place the group.

  Note

  Only groups under which you are allowed to place the group are shown.

• ► Click on the OK button.

• ➔ The dialog closes, and the group appears at the new location.
