Credentials do not match

Description

Logging in to the Myra DataHub fails. The login screen shows the message These credentials do not match our records.

The error occurs when the email address or the password entered is not linked to a user account. If only the password is wrong, the message The provided password is incorrect. appears instead.

Resolution

Proceed as follows to resolve the error:

  • ► Enter the email address and the password again and observe upper and lower case.
  • ► If the login still fails, click on Forgot your password? and reset the password.
