Password reset link is no longer valid

Description

Resetting the password fails. The page shows the message This password reset token is invalid.

The error occurs when the link from the email has already been used or its validity has expired.

Resolution

Proceed as follows to resolve the error:

• ► Open the login screen and click on Forgot your password?.
• ► Enter the email address of your account and request a new email.
• ► Open the link of the new email immediately after receiving it.
• ► Set a new password.
• ➔ The message Your password has been reset! appears, and you can log in.

Note

If you request several emails one after another, the message Please wait before retrying. appears. In that case, wait a moment before trying again.
