Domains

Domains view

The Domains view is the main menu for managing domains and subdomains and the associated settings.

The Add new domain button opens a dialog with the same name for adding new domains (see Section Add a New Domain).

The following information and options are available in a table:

Name Definition
NAME The status and name of the domain.
A colored dot to the left of the domain name indicates whether the domain is in the test environment or live system.
  • grey_dot: The domain is assigned to a test environment.
  • green_dot: The domain is in the live system.
SUBDOMAINS
domain_icon
The icon opens the Subdomain Settings for <domain name> view for configuring the subdomains for the selected domain.

STATISTICS
graph_icon
The icon opens the Statistics view with a graphical representation of requests and traffic for the selected domain.
See Section Statistics.NoteIf you open the Statistics view via a domain entry in the Domains view, the domain will be automatically selected and the corresponding data will be shown.
MAINTENANCE

The icon opens the Maintenance Page view for configuring maintenance pages for the selected domain.
See Section Maintenance Page.
CLEAR CACHE
clean_icon
The icon opens the Clear Cache dialog for clearing the cache for the selected domain or specific subdomains.
See Section Clear Cache dialog.
Auto Update Contains a switch to enable or disable automatic domain updates.
  • grey_dot: Automatic update is disabled.
  • green_dot: Automatic update is enabled.
NoteConfiguration changes are adopted automatically. This can take up to 7 minutes. For larger changes, Myra recommends disabling automatic updates to avoid invalid configurations.
MORE SETTINGS

The icon opens a submenu with additional options that are available for the selected domain.
The following options are available in the list:
  • DNS SETTINGS: The button opens the DNS settings view. See Section DNS Settings.
  • LOAD BALANCING: The button opens the Load balancing view. See Section Load Balancing.
  • SSL/TLS MANAGEMENT: The button opens the SSL/TLS Certificate Management view with a list of the SSL/TLS certificates used. See Section SSL/TLS Certificate Management.
  • CUSTOM ERROR PAGES: The button opens the Custom Error Pages view. See Section Custom Error Pages.
  • WAITING ROOM: The button opens the Waiting Room view. See Section Waiting Room.
  • SWITCH ENVIRONMENT TO LIVE: The button opens a Switch Environment dialog for switching from the test environment to the live environment and vice versa.
NoteIf you switch your domain from the live environment to the test environment, all the changes will be saved in a test environment and not published. This may be necessary if you are not sure whether your settings are correct and you need a Myra Support team member to check your settings to ensure that they are correct. • DELETE: The button opens the Delete Domain dialog for deleting the domain entry. •AttentionWhen a domain is deleted, the domain and all associated settings are permanently deleted. To be able to restore the domain after deletion, you must create a brand-new one and change the required settings.
search_icon The field filters entries by domain names or partial terms.

Your new name servers Information Box

The Your new name servers information box lists all the nameservers that are required for migrating to Myra. This will cause DNS requests to be answered by Myra in the future.
