Access denied

Description

When a view is opened, the message Access denied appears instead of the content, together with the text You don't have the required permissions to view this page. Please contact your administrator.

The error occurs when the role of your account does not include the permission for this view. On individual settings you are not allowed to edit, the same message appears as a tooltip.

Resolution

Proceed as follows to resolve the error:

• ► Check which role is assigned to your account, see section Role Concept in the Myra App.
• ► If you need the view for your tasks, contact your administrator.
• ► Your administrator assigns a role with the required permissions to your account, see section Changing the role of a user.
• ➔ The view opens.
