Too many data points¶

Description¶

A chart of the statistics is not displayed. Instead, the message Too many data points. Shorten the time period or increase the time interval. appears.

The error occurs when the selected time period together with the selected time interval results in more data points than the chart can display.

Resolution¶

Proceed as follows to resolve the error:

► Shorten the selected time period.
► Select a larger time interval, for example hours instead of minutes.
➔ The chart is displayed, see section Statistics.

Note

Not every time interval is available for every time period. If the combination is not allowed, the message The selected interval is not available for this time period. Allowed time intervals: appears together with the permitted time intervals.
